Balance 

On Friday we eat pizza πŸ• I was around 8k steps after dinner so I decided to take W for a walk. I pushed him in his car and got my 10K steps. Its all about balance, at least that is what I was telling myself while eating 4 slices 

Found this interesting too... can't wait to see what difference it makes when I am in the office at my sit/stand desk.

May move up

We are in week 2 of new classrooms for the boys. Our school moves the kids up the Tuesday following Memorial Day. W has been extremely tired everyday after school to the extent that he has gone to bed without dinner and before 6pm at least 3 times. He is 19 months old and doesn't have enough words to express his extreme sleepiness so we get this...


I will be happy when the transition is over and he has fully adjusted and is back to himself πŸ‘ΆπŸΌ

Getting comfortable with being uncomfortable

If you are a list person than you know there is a lot of fun in marking things off your list.... if you are crazy like me- maybe you add things to your list after the fact just so you can cross them off. I started my Summer goals on June 1st- which was a challenge to my slight OCD, I prefer to start things at the beginning of a week- which for me is a Monday.


Below are my accomplishments to date:

6/1- Deactivated Facebook

6/2- Completed grocery order and made plan for breakfasts, lunches and dinners for week

6/3- BBC, Aldi and HT all before 11:00am. While W napped and S had "quiet time" I made lunch for the week.

6/4- Ran Riverwalk in the am while pushing both boys in the stroller and started a 7 day flush

Summer 2017- Goal Digger

I have created a list of goals to complete between June and August, I am hopeful that if I work hard to complete these goals they will be second nature and I wont have to work so hard to continue them into the future

Health/Wellness
Deactivate Facebook- completed on 6.1
Go to church
Track macros
Meal prep work week (M-F)- breakfast- lunch and dinner
Grocery shop (online) Friday night with Saturday am pick up
Drink a gallon of water daily, complete 1 flush the first week of every month
Run 1-2 times a week


Family
Have a garage sale/donate everything left over to AL thrift shop
Make 3 trips to Cashiers
Take S to Carowinds 3 times a month
Buy new car
Give dogs bath weekly and clean their room

Professional
See 2 customers a month
Set aside 1-2 hours a week for mentee
Give out one Bravo
